Bpro's 2025 CX Summit in Cartagena, Colombia.

The Asociación Colombiana de BPO (BPrO) hosted its CX Interaction Awards 2025 at the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena as part of the Customer Experience Summit 2025.

The CX Interaction Awards are given out by BPrO to recognize companies in “all sectors of the economy with customer interaction processes, which, in the implementation of projects, contribute to the success of the company, providing a better service and promoting company/client relationships.”

BPrO created the awards as a way of recognizing the kinds of exceptional performances and services provided by companies important to the BPO industry to their clients, and to encourage other companies to follow their lead in excellence.
