Global firms prioritize interoperability and ROI in meeting design.

The InfoComm 2026 exhibition, produced by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA), will convene at the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 13–19, 2026. The event is scheduled to focus on the transition of artificial intelligence (AI) from conceptual application to large-scale enterprise deployment within conferencing and collaboration environments. Technical sessions and exhibits will address the evolution of hybrid work, focusing on room design, cross-platform interoperability, and long-term return on investment (ROI).

Industry leaders from Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL), Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO), Logitech (NASDAQ: LOGI), and Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM) are slated to present strategies for intelligent meeting spaces. Discussions such as “AI Enhanced Meeting Spaces: Designing for Inclusivity, Efficiency, and Smart Automation” will examine how machine learning affects meeting equity and automation. Other contributors include Lenovo (HKG: 0992), Huddly (OSL: HUDL), and AstraZeneca (NASDAQ: AZN).

“Conferencing and collaboration is no longer just about connecting people, it’s about creating intelligent, inclusive, and secure environments that support how modern organizations actually work,” stated Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President of Expositions, Americas at AVIXA.

A significant portion of the program is dedicated to the operational challenges of global AV scaling. A case study titled “Designing and Deploying AV Systems Globally at Scale – The Google Experience” will provide technical insights into international infrastructure management. Furthermore, “Day 2 Ops for Microsoft Teams Integration” will address post-deployment support and maintenance protocols for unified communications. Participating organizations in these operational tracks include Visa (NYSE: V), Capital Group, Steelcase (NYSE: SCS), NETGEAR (NASDAQ: NTGR), and AVI-SPL.

The intersection of corporate communications and professional broadcast will also be explored. Sessions will detail the construction of corporate studios and how information technology teams utilize Zoom and Microsoft platforms to deliver production-quality video. On the show floor, the “Smart Workplace” immersive experience, powered by FORTÉ, will demonstrate integrated environments featuring AI-enabled meeting assistants and wireless presentation systems.

The educational track for conferencing and collaboration is sponsored by Shure Incorporated. Additional premier partners for the event include Audio-Technica US, Blackmagic Design, and Diversified. InfoComm currently ranks as the 37th largest trade show in the US, serving as a primary resource for AV standards and market intelligence.
