Keynote explores unified AI and AV infrastructure for global firms.
Espen Løberg, Vice President and General Manager of Collaboration Devices at Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), has been announced as a keynote speaker for InfoComm 2026. The event, produced by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA), is scheduled for June 13–19, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the exhibition portion running from June 17–19.
Løberg’s address will focus on “Connected Intelligence,” a strategic framework aimed at unifying disparate workplace systems. Currently, many organizations manage audiovisual (AV) and information technology (IT) infrastructure as separate silos, which can lead to fragmented user experiences and limited analytical visibility. The keynote will detail how converged AV-over-IP networks and agentic AI can integrate collaboration platforms, devices, and secure networks to produce scalable workplace environments.
“By bringing together collaboration devices, services built-in with Agentic AI, and secure network infrastructure, organizations can deliver experiences where people, technology, and intelligent systems work seamlessly together,” stated Espen Løberg regarding the upcoming presentation.
The presentation will also highlight Cisco’s ongoing technical partnerships with industry leaders, including NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM), Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL), and Samsung (KS: 005930). These collaborations are central to the development of the next generation of video conferencing systems and intelligent peripherals designed for hybrid work models.
Løberg has led Cisco’s global collaboration devices business following the acquisition of Tandberg in 2010. His leadership covers the strategy and delivery of the company’s portfolio of desk devices and AI-powered meeting tools. According to Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President of Expositions, Americas at AVIXA, the pro AV and IT communities are increasingly converging, making the integration of AI across production and collaboration a primary focus for the 2026 show.
InfoComm 2026 is supported by Headline Partner Shure Incorporated and Premier Partners including Audio-Technica US, Blackmagic Design, Diversified, FORTÉ, and Microsoft. The event currently ranks as the largest professional AV technology exhibition in North America.
