- Knowhere, provider of sports software and applications development services, raised a Series A – $3.37 M round from Nissay Capital, Globis Capital Partners, Three Arrows Capital, Chishima Real Estate, and others.
- TNC, a provider of IT service suite solutions, raised a Conventional Debt – $3 M round.
- Cyvore, provider of Email Security and Threat Intelligence services, raised a Seed – $2.5 M round from Ineffable Ventures, Ventures.
- Septeo, a provider of software development, cloud, AI, and other services, raised an Unattributed round from Bpifrance.
- COCOO, provider of digital marketing & transformation and ERP implementation services, raised a Seed round from Awagin Capital Capital, TruStage.
Cybersecurity
- Chainguard, a Cloud-based container security platform, raised a Series D – $356 M round from Kleiner Perkins, IVP, Salesforce Ventures, Datadog.
- Endor Labs, platform for managing open source software, raised a Series B – $93 M round from, DFJ Growth, Dell Technologies Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Salesforce Ventures and others.
- Exaforce, a Cloud-based cybersecurity company that provides artificial intelligence solutions, raised a Series A – $75 M round from, Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, Thomvest Ventures.
- Sentra, a platform offering cloud data security solutions, raised a Series B – $50 M round from, Key1 Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Munich Re, Standard Industries and others.
- Push, a Cloud-based cyber risk and vulnerability assessment solution provider, raised a Series B – $30 M round from, Redpoint Ventures, B3 Capital, Datadog.
- Reco, AI-based sensitive data management software, raised a Series A – $25 M round from Insight Partners, Boldstart Ventures, Zeev Ventures, Angular Ventures, and others.
