Qualfon Group Acquires Montreal-Based Contact Center Voxdata Solutions

Michigan-based business services provider Qualfon Group has acquired Voxdata Solutions, a Canadian contact center outsourcing business of Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), for an undisclosed sum, the two firms announced this week.

Voxdata is based in Montreal and has been in operation for more than 28 years, specializing in omnichannel solutions and multilingual call center primarily serving clients across North America. It has received “top industry certifications in quality and process management, data security, and continuous improvement,” according to BGL.

The acquisition provides significant French-language capabilities to the firm and adds to Qualfon’s workforce of some 15,000 employees across the United States, Philippines, Guyana, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and India.

BGL highlighted that its professional services investment banking team served as an advisor to Voxdata to help facilitate the transaction.
