Wipro and Genpact CEOs to Headline HfS Research FORA Summit in New York

Wipro CEO Abidali Neemuchwala and Genpact CEO “Tiger” NV Tyagarajan will headline the upcoming HfS Research Future of Operations in the Robotic Age (FORA) Summit in New York from March 7-8, the organization announced this week.

The HfS Research event, with the tagline of “Learning to Change,” will also feature speakers including Duke University Professor Lawrence Carin, EXL CEO Rohit Kapoor, Tony Saldanha of Procter & Gamble, Mike Salvino of Carrick Capital Partners, and Tim Leberecht, author of The Business Romantic.

In explaining the focus of the two-day summit in the Big Apple, the U.K.-based research and analyst firm has highlighted the challenges facing the automation and services industry in the years to come.

“The tech is here and is being proven,” stated HfS, “but are we really, truly ready to disrupt our underlying corporate DNA to exploit it to its full potential? Can we really change how we operate, think, collaborate and focus to embrace the new wave of data-driven transformation that is engulfing us?”
