Vargha Moayed, former EY advisory services partner in Romania, will work closely with UiPath CEO Daniel Dines and other top company executives in his position of chief strategy officer. Though now headquartered in New York, UiPath was founded in Romania.
Moayed has considerable experience in automation software, helping to build EY’s “RPA Center of Excellence for EMEA.” He has also worked for McKinsey and First Data.
In the role of chief revenue officer, Bumpus will be charged with long-term strategic planning and overseeing a revenue-focused team of workers for the firm. He most recently worked for IT infrastructure firm Nutanix as senior vice president of sales. He has also held positions at EMC, Utimaco, Sophos, and DPC.
“Craig and Vargha bring considerable experience and expertise in scaling sales organizations and leading transformational initiatives for clients, respectively,” said Dines, who is also co-founder of UiPath. “These are important hires for the company as we prepare for the next phase of expansion.”
