VXI Global Solutions (VXI) Thursday announced the hiring of four executives to its business development, marketing and client relations teams.

Jill Alingod is VXI Global’s new Vice President of Customer Experience

Based in Manila, Philippines, Jill Alingod is the new Vice President of Customer Experience. In her 21 years in the industry, she has held various roles in general management (training, quality and operations), account management, sales solutions, business development and overall strategy. She has spearheaded operations in the Philippines, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain. Alingod has managed a diverse portfolio of customers in numerous industries including financial services, telecom and cable communications, technical services, retail, travel and hospitality and healthcare.

Peter Mullen joins the team as Vice President of Marketing. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mullen is a senior marketing and communications leader with more than 20 years of success accelerating global corporate growth from startup to enterprise at companies such as Comcast, Netflix, PowerCloud, Arc Capital Development and multiple successful startups. He is a published author, a frequent industry speaker, startup advisor and nonprofit board member.

Mason Jones, Vice President of Business Development, joins VXI from TaskUs where he was Vice President of Business Development overseeing the high-tech vertical for more than two years. Prior to TaskUs, Mason spent 11 years in sales with Sutherland Global Services and four years with Convergys. Mason attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and has lived in Boulder, CO, for 30 years.

Armando Castro has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development following 22-years with VXI in a variety of roles. He started as a team leader in 1998 to launch VXI’s first account. In 2003, he executed VXI’s expansion plan to the Philippines building to the company’s first 1,200 employees in the country. He has led VXI’s North American growth in operations, client services and talent acquisition. VXI says that Castro’s diverse background and experience give him an advantage in understanding clients’ pain points and VXI’s ability to provide solutions. Armando holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business administration, and resides in Cincinnati, OH.
