Teleperformance Publicly Thanked By City of Medellín For Volunteering During Pandemic

The City of Medellín publicly thanked global contact center provider Teleperformance for volunteering to man the city’s telephone lines during the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic. The global customer experience provider has multiple facilities in Colombia, and several thousand employees in Medellin.

“The French company with a location in Medellín has shown a permanent commitment to the social and economic development of the city, and in this struggle against COVID-19, it has joined with the #Súmate (join us) campaign as volunteers attending our telephone lines,” said the Medellín mayor’s office through the city’s Investment & Cooperation agency, ACI Medellín.

“Like them, you too can join the project of the Medellín Mayor’s office, where everyone who wants to donate talent, ideas, or services are welcome,” continued the agency. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to click here for more details (Spanish).
