IAOP is thrilled to announce the Impact Sourcing Champions Index, which was created to support and recognize organizations—buy-side, provider or advisor—that are leading the way in impact sourcing.

Impact Sourcing is a business model where organizations intentionally hire and provide career development opportunities to people who otherwise have limited prospects. The practice has the potential to transform their lives, while also benefiting the companies that employ them and the communities where they live.

Are you an Impact Sourcing champion?

To be included in the Impact Sourcing Champions Index, companies must complete an application. The Index will be showcased in the September 2020 “Change the World” issue of FORTUNE and featured in IAOP’s magazine, PULSE. Companies included on the list will also receive a 2020 Impact Sourcing Champion logo for their use. The application process for the Index is open now through April 30.
