WorkFusion Rolls Out Updated Version of Its Signature RPA Software

Robotic process automation (RPA) software provider WorkFusion completed the full rollout of its updated Smart Process Automation core offering this week.

The New York-based company boasts that this version, which is called Lumen, includes “major upgrades,” particularly to its smaller RPA Express software, which it refers to as a “starter product” and now includes offers image- and object-based recording options, a developer studio, and a professional subscription.

WorkFusion categorizes its RPA solutions as being self-service options that incorporate artificial intelligence in a way that allows companies to start using automation software quickly and at various levels of scale.

Alex Lyashok, CEO of WorkFusion, says that the company is looking to service more customers in industries including banking, insurance, and healthcare, which have utilized the firm’s bots for applications such as anti-money laundering compliance, claims handling, and customer onboarding.
