Symphony Ventures, a robotic process automation (RPA) provider based in London, launched its new Symphony Labs division this week in an attempt to advance its innovation and development capabilities.
The goal of the labs project is to have a segment fully devoted to developing new solutions, showcasing the company’s innovation work, and collaborating with other players in the automation space. The lab will find natural partners in the business and technology worlds but also envisions working with those in wider fields such as psychology.
“It’s an environment to experiment with new tools and technologies, showcase our work and the work of our partners and clients, and educate and support global talent,” said Gayner about Symphony Labs. “Our mission is to catalyze change and propel ourselves, our partners and enterprises everywhere into the future of work.”
Ian Barkin, co-founder and chief strategy officer of Symphony Ventures, praised the “unparalleled understanding” that Gayner has for RPA and digital transformation. “His experience, coupled with a passion for ushering in better ways of working, is exactly what we need,” said Barkin.
