Symphony Ventures Named ‘Gold Capability Provider’ Partner by Blue Prism

Robotic process automation (RPA) services firm Symphony Ventures has received “Gold Capability Provider” partner certification by leading automation software company Blue Prism.

According to Symphony Ventures, receiving this classification required the London-headquartered company to adhere to the Blue Prism Robotic Operating Model (ROM), successfully oversee the RPA implementations of more than 100 robots at enterprises in numerous industries, and meet certain client support standard.

Symphony joins big four professional services provider EY as the only other gold capability provider partner certified by Blue Prism.

“Becoming a ‘Gold Capability Partner’ is just one more proof point of Symphony’s quality and skill at helping Blue Prism customers develop successful digital workforces,” said Neil Wright, director of professional services of Blue Prism.

In addition to this category, Blue Prism also certifies partners under the label of “Delivery Providers,” and Symphony Ventures had previously earned “Silver” recognition in that arena. EY is the only “Platinum” partner among Blue Prism delivery providers. Other gold and silver firms include Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, and Information Services Group.

IBM is also the only partner to earn the third certification label of “Service Provider.” The global technology giant has a silver recognition in this category.
