HTC Global Services Partners with Intelledox on Analytics and Customer Experience Solution

HTC Global Services has partnered with Australian software provider Intelledox to enhance its analytics, systems integration, and technical support offerings.

The combined work will focus on collecting data from customers and services agents digitally, streamlining the onboarding process, and better integrating digital signatures.

In addition, the solution, which is built on Microsoft technologies, will look to “connect front-end experiences with CRM and core systems” to allow companies to turn customer information into usable structured data.

“Our partnership with Intelledox will accelerate the pace of digital transformation with our clients and we’re excited about building solutions for them that surpass their expectations,” said Steve Vernia, director of business development for the Troy, Michigan-based HTC Global Services.
