Robotic process automation (RPA) provider Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM) has partnered on a solution that combines its RPA offering with what collaborator TrustPortal Solutions calls its “human to robot” technology.
The goal in the combined “digital workforce” application is to bring together front-office and back-office processes that can make the RPA integration more widely used across the enterprise, according to the UK-based automation firm. Adding to its ability to be broadly applied is the fact that the solution works with various IT platforms, including legacy systems, web front-ends, mobile applications, and chatbots.
To safeguard users, the combined Blue Prism/TrustPortal solution also includes RSA private 4096-bit key encryption and “Advanced Encryption Standard” (AES-256) data security.
The result is an RPA-powered solution that BluePrism believes can increase productivity, speed up delivery, streamline decision-making, and improve customer service.
