Accenture Hires Eva Sage-Gavin as Senior Managing Director to Lead Digital Transformation Culture

Accenture has hired a new executive to help develop a leadership culture based around digital technology and innovation, the Dublin-based company announced this week.

Eva Sage-Gavin, previously a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), has been brought in as senior managing director of the global consulting and professional services firm’s talent and organization practice.

“Sage-Gavin will focus on helping Accenture’s clients and their workforces shift their leadership mindsets, talent, and cultures — harnessing the power of digital technologies to innovate, unlock new sources of value, and transform their businesses,” said Accenture in a statement.

A graduate of Cornell University, Sage-Gavin has previously worked in senior leadership and human resources roles at Disney, Sun Microsystems, and Gap Inc. She also serves on the board of directors of BroadSoft and has previously been a member of the board of directors of TalentSky.

“Her arrival comes at a strategically important time for our clients as they wrestle with how to navigate their digital transformations,” said Omar Abbosh, chief strategy officer at Accenture. “Culture and people change are at the core of these transformations, and I’m delighted that Eva has joined us.”
